Agent Workflow Builder

Builds and maintains the AI agent workflows that automate execution across the Digital & Growth pod, working inside a system that already runs roughly 79 agents across the team's shared context engine.

What you'll do

• Build new agent workflows against the team's shared context engine and existing agent catalog, rather than standing up parallel, disconnected tooling.
• Maintain and improve the agents already in production across every owner on the team, fixing broken workflows and retiring agents that no longer add value.
• Document each agent's purpose, owner, and dependencies clearly enough that the Agents tab stays accurate without a manual audit.
• Partner with Josh (AI Engineer) on platform-level decisions — data access, tooling choices, guardrails — that affect every agent in the catalog.
• Prioritize which new agent requests are worth building against which ones are a one-off automation that doesn't need to live in the shared system.

About you

• Hands-on experience building automations or agent workflows, not just prompting a chatbot for one-off tasks.
• Comfortable working inside someone else's existing system and conventions rather than building everything from a blank slate.
• Can read and reason about a workflow someone else built well enough to fix or extend it without a full rewrite.

Nice to have: experience with agent orchestration frameworks or tools; background in marketing ops or growth engineering specifically.
