JOB DESCRIPTION
edit content/roles/digital-media-content-specialist.md
Runs the AI-assisted content production line that keeps every other channel supplied: ads need copy and creative, email needs assets, the site needs pages published and updated. Combines the former Growth Specialist, Campaigns and Content Management roles so content is never the reason a campaign slips.
What you'll do
- Run an AI-assisted content workflow from brief to published asset: ad copy, email copy, landing page copy, and light creative direction.
- Publish and maintain content directly in the CMS (Sanity), including copy edits, new sections, and asset swaps on an ongoing basis.
- Turn campaign briefs from Alexis's team, the Sr Manager, Growth Marketing's team, and Scott's team into on-brand, ready-to-ship assets on a shared calendar.
- Absorb the CMS-publishing bridge work the former standalone Content Management contractor role covered, so nothing drops as that role winds down.
- Keep a lightweight content backlog and calendar visible to requesting teams so priorities are clear before something becomes urgent.
- Flag anything needing custom engineering (not a content or template change) to the Full Stack Developer roles rather than working around the system.
About you
- Comfortable running an AI-assisted content pipeline end to end — prompting, editing, and shipping — not just using AI as a drafting toy.
- Working knowledge of a headless CMS (Sanity or comparable) and enough production speed to support 2-3 concurrent campaigns.
- Strong enough writer/editor to ship copy without a full agency review cycle behind every asset.
- Organized enough to run a shared intake queue across three requesting teams without dropping requests.
Nice to have: experience building AI content workflows or prompt libraries professionally; basic design-system literacy (Storybook or similar) so handoffs to the Content Manager role are clean.
