Growth Specialist, Experimentation

Runs the CRO and experimentation backlog for the growth motion: plans tests, builds and QAs them, and reads the results honestly, including the ones that don't work.

What you'll do

• Maintain a prioritized experimentation backlog across the funnel (landing pages, signup flow, key conversion points) and run the build-through-release cadence for each test.
• Design tests in partnership with the Growth Specialist, Signal Orchestration and Growth Specialist, SEO/AEO roles so experiments don't collide or contaminate each other's results.
• Build and QA experiments in a lightweight build/deploy tool without needing a full engineering sprint for every test.
• Apply basic statistical rigor: set sample size and significance thresholds before a test launches, and call a test done when it's actually done.
• Document what worked and what didn't after every test and turn winners into a repeatable playbook.
• Report weekly on what's live, what shipped, what's queued, and what got killed and why.

About you

• Hands-on experience running structured A/B or multivariate tests, with a real methodology behind it.
• Comfortable with a lightweight build/deploy or experimentation platform and basic statistics (significance, sample size, false positives).
• Honest reporter of results: as comfortable documenting a test that failed as one that won.

Nice to have: experience running experimentation specifically for a B2B SaaS or PLG motion; familiarity with behavioral analytics tools (Amplitude, GA4, or similar).
