Owns the strategy for how Redis tracks and reports on its own campaign performance internally, distinct from the SOW-driven analytics work Verto's Data & Analytics Engineer delivers, plus roster coordination and the shared tracking doc following the Growth Specialist, Analytics role's elimination. A role-clarity writeup, not a posting — Keith is already in the seat.
What this role owns
- Defines what gets tracked internally, how, and why — the standard other internal reporting gets held to.
- Sets the format and cadence for internal dashboards and performance reviews, kept distinct from Verto's SOW-scoped deliverables so the two don't duplicate or conflict.
- Directs Adnan Khan's execution work day to day: what gets built, in what order, and to what standard.
- Now also owns roster coordination and the shared agency/contractor tracking doc — the budget and duties that would have funded a standalone Growth Specialist, Analytics hire were folded into this scope instead.
- Serves as the internal point of contact when a number in a leadership review gets questioned.
Why it's structured this way: Andy's Ops org funds and houses this pairing because the skill set (internal tracking and reporting infrastructure) sits closer to Ops than to a single Digital Marketing sub-function, even though the output serves Digital Marketing directly.
