Pricing

The numbers page — plans compared honestly, pricing FAQs answered, and a Configure hand-off instead of a dead end.

DESIGN v1.1 LANDED AUG 31 — this scope page was written against v1; verify against the new snapshot before relying on component details.

What this page does

Answers the money question without making the buyer work for it, then converts price-shopping into scoping. The plan table compares tiers on the dimensions buyers actually check (throughput, dataset size, HA, support), the FAQ answers the awkward questions directly (do the Iris products cost extra, how does Flex change the bill, can I buy through my cloud provider) — and instead of dead-ending in a table, the page hands into the Configure experience so a visitor leaves with a scoped estimate, not a bounce. That hand-off is Phase 02's Pricing → Configure flow.

Components on it

  • Pricing hero — the numbers, stated plainly.
  • Plan table — tiers × what's included: throughput, dataset size, databases per subscription, multi-AZ replication, Active-Active, Flex DRAM+SSD tiering, customer-managed keys, support level.
  • Platform pricing note — how the Iris products price inside the platform.
  • Pricing FAQ — Flex bill impact, cloud-marketplace purchasing, plan-change mechanics.
  • Configure hand-off — workload inputs → scoped estimate → hand-raise with inputs carried (no re-asking).
  • CTA band — Configure Redis / Get Started.
